Tell me more about the program:
- Why Hustle, Muscle & Flow was created- I was not someone who easily took off the baby weight and had to work to achieve results for the first time in my life.
- I created the workouts after becoming a mom because I realized I couldn't spend an hour at the gym anymore. I still wanted results but didn't have the time to devote to an extensive workout plan.
- This program has been beta tested the past 6 months to amazing results. I've had women lose between 5-8 pounds in the first month, women being able to walk up and down hills without getting winded, and women gain new muscle definition they have previously never had. The workouts are meant to push you and give you a new found love for taking a little time each day for you.
- Each workout is geared for you to do at home or the gym.
- The only equipment you will need are a set of dumbbells. Optional equipment: Bands, kettlebell, and cardio machine of your choice.
- All workouts are 30 minutes or less. The workouts are a combination of cardio & strength training.
- Along with the workouts, I found taking time for myself is a must. This is where the flow comes into play. With each workout you will also get self-care suggestions.
